LunarSync

LunarSync is a mobile app concept created to help space enthusiasts and casual stargazers stay connected with the moon and night sky. The goal was to design a tool that not only tracks lunar phases but also provides educational resources, practical tips, and engaging content for a wide audience.
SOLUTION
I designed LunarSync as a clean, approachable app experience centered around lunar tracking. Core features included a weekly and monthly calendar of moon phases, additional data for astronomy enthusiasts, and curated space-related news. To deepen user engagement, the app also offered photography tips for capturing the moon. The interface was intentionally designed in dark mode, ensuring the screen wouldn’t disrupt stargazing or moon watching at night. This design decision balanced practicality and immersion, while celestial-inspired visuals made the experience both functional and inspiring.
